These are some of my selected projects that I want to share with you.

How I improved the guest experience at hotel reception area

I presented my final solution for two different hotel chains and got approved. That was two more contracts for our company!

From finding a Vue3 library to creating a company-wide UI kit

I was finding an opportunity to unify UI designs across many products within the company. Before jumping in the design process, I decided to get executive buy-in (politically) by helping developers with their web UI library.

Conversation Design for no-code chatbot programming

My first project I worked on for Adteria (later rebranded to UXGIN). I was tasked with envisioning, and designing a conversational experience for end-users who are small business owners with the need to improve customer support.

Designing a landing page for an interior design firm

This story takes you through my journey in designing a landing page for Amore, an interior design agency renowned for its refined taste in the art deco aesthetic.

A quick summary of my work experience

UXGIN (9/2018 - 7/2019)

Create a SaaS product that allows companies to create and personalise chat conversations easily with customers.

Work with PO and developers to breakdown requirements, recommend astrategy for identified problems before designing features.

Constantly improve efficiency and automation solution.

Base.vn (9/2019 - 5/2020)

Responsible for developing different types of products such as project management, ERP, teamchat, etc. which are part of a SaaS platform for enterprises.

Work directly with BA to analyze the requirement before implementing UI/UX design.

Work with developers to ensure that output is matched with design intent.

ezCloud.vn (6/2020 - 12/2023)

Achieve an average of over 100% KPI and approx. 70% CSAT score through the years.

Collaborate with people in 5 cross-functional teams to design and deliver working prototypes for 40+ new features in 8 different products, contributing to a 16% increase in new customers for the company per year.

Create and manage 2 sets of UI Kits with guidelines to ensure consistency across the app ecosystems, which is approved and implemented by 6 product owners.

Conduct 2 on-site user interviews as part of the product discovery process.

Practiced both moderated and unmoderated usability testings that scores up to 90% task success rate.
